Operational Excellence Accent Consultancy advises and supports companies in achieving Operational Excellence using Lean Management and Six Sigma methods and techniques. We support companies on the basis of three fundamental pillars: quantification, visualisation and continuous improvement. We provide amongst others the following services: time studies (quantification), process modelling (visualisation), implementing PDCA cycles and the 5s model (continuous improvement). We also provide training courses and workshops in the area of Lean Management using our own in-house developed Lean Simulation Game. Moreover, we facilitate the Lean User Group, and we are the sole supplier of the time study system Accent-Pro. Enterprise Risk Management Accent Consultancy is an expert in the field of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). We advise and support companies throughout the entire Risk Management cycle, from defining risk policies and principles to risk identification and measurement, and from setting up risk governance processes to risk mitigation, monitoring and control. We also have the knowledge and expertise to support companies in quantifying their risks and implementing Risk Based Performance Management (including associated capital models). We also deliver training courses on financial and operational risk management. Financial Performance Management Accent Consultancy helps companies redesign their financial performance management. It is particularly important for companies to reconsider their financial performance management when they aim to sustain the improvements achieved through Operational Excellence and Enterprise Risk Management. Accent can help companies review their performance management cycle, including their key performance indicators. Accent also advises and supports companies in the redesign of their performance management reports, and can help design new types of reports, such as KPI dashboards.
