Accent Consultancy advises and supports organisations with the design, implementation and execution of improvement programmes in the areas of Lean Management, Enterprise Risk Management and Financial Performance Management. Our services upon three fundamental pillars: quantification, visualisation and improvement.
Based on the extensive knowledge and experience of our consultants, Accent Consultancy is well positioned to provide hands on advice and support to organisations wishing to improve their operational, risk management or financial control processes. In doing so, we use proven methods and techniques from the disciplines of Lean Management, Enterprise Risk Management en Financial Performance Management. Using these methods and techniques is not a goal in itself, however, but a means to achieve the objectives of our clients: improving their organisation’s performance.
Accent Consultancy also provides trainings and workshop sessions on Lean Management, Enterprise Risk Management, time and motion studies and business process modelling. We are also the supplier of our in-house build software package Accent Pro, a software package that companies can use to execute time studies.
The mixture of knowledge and experience in our team allows us to create flexible, multi disciplinary teams to service our clients.
