Drs. Carla van der Weerdt - Norder RA
Carla van der Weerdt is Managing Director and owner of Accent Consultancy. In the past 20 years, Carla has gained extensive experience in the IT sector and the banking sector. She has held senior management postions, such as Corporate Executive Vice President / COO of Global Transaction Banking, Global Head of Risk & Compliance of an Asset Management Division, and IT Audit Manager.

Herold Peijs richt zich met name op de sector Openbaar Vervoer en Overheid bij Accent. Herold heeft ruime ervaring in het besturen van complexe projecten. Herold is verantwoordelijk voor accountmanagement, projectleiding en advies, waarbij projecten zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig worden uitgevoerd.

Drs. Els de Groot - Theodoridis RBA
Els de Groot – Theodoridis holds more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector, amongst others in the areas of risk management, management accounting and change management. Key programmes Els worked on, are capital modelling and capturing the relationship between risk and reward, and implementation of programmes with optimal retention of existing knowledge and expertise.

Frank van Egeraat is a Chartered Financial Controller. He has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, where he has held senior positions in various areas. A fundamental part of the roles Frank held has been advising and supporting senior executives with the design and implementation of improvements in the areas of process optimisation, risk management and operational and financial performance.

Drs. ing. Jan Mekers
Jan Mekers is an Operational Excellence and Lean Management expert. He gained his 9 years of operational experience in the automotive and high tech assembly industry. In his role he has contributed to and led (inter)national business improvement projects. Currently he focuses on process improvement and implementing lean management within industry and healthcare.

Robert van der Weerdt facilitates lean implementation programmes at companies within the Service, Healthcare and Retail sector. Robert holds eighteen years of experience within various Category & Logistic Management en International Buying positions at major Dutch retailers.

Mike Spaans obtained his MSc degree in Information Technology from Delft University of Technology and has been active in financial services over the past few years. At Accent Mike is focussed on optimization of business processes and Lean for the (financial) services sector.

Drs. Ing. Sven van Wilpen
Sven van Wilpen is an Industrial engineer and Business analist (process analist). At Accent Sven is primarily active in development (re-design) and implementation of business processes. Sven also leads the in-house developed Lean Workshop and Lean game simulations.
